I welcome your interest in becoming a certified Feng Shui Consultant through the instruction established by the Lotus Tuan Institute.
Step One: Preparation and Reading
A. Attending introduction workshops or classes on Feng Shui
B. Reading books by Sarah Rossbach and David Kennedy
C. Working on your personal meditative or spiritual practice
Step Two: Core Training in Black Hat Feng Shui with Bill or an advanced student who has studied with Bill, and has been approved by Bill.
The Training May Take Two Forms
A. An intensive instruction for about 3 1/4 days which will include site visits, and a full consultation at no additional charge at the student's home or workplace
B. Three months of instruction for the equivalent of 6 one half day instruction sessions, site visits and student home and workplace consultation at no additional charge
Step Three: Continued mentoring by phone, email, and visits with Bill, when possible attending Bill's classes and workshops and shadowing his professional appointments. Another requirement will be making a commitment to attend most advanced classes offered by the Institute. All students should expect continued support, promotion, web links and clients from the Lotus Tuan Institute.
Step Four: The writing up of case notes in detail of each the student's first nine consultations. Records such as these should be kept for each appointment in the future.
The entire cost of the training is $900.00 to be paid as follows: $400.00 at first class and $500.00 paid before the last core instruction session. Beyond 100 miles a travel or over night expense will be added.
This oppurtunity will be for serious Feng Shui students only, who intend to see the program all the way to certification. Certification should be very valuable as proof backed up by Lotus Tuan Institute that the student has received sufficient training to do a professional consultation.
Bill Land is a University Geography Professor, Certified (AICP) Urban Planner who has studied Black Hat Feng Shui with Seann Xenja and David Kennedy and others in over 20 days of classes, he has been a consultant on over 350 Feng Shui appointments, taught over 63 classes, and workshops, attended two National Feng Shui Conventions and published several articles including two articles in the FENG SHUI JOURNAL. As director of the Lotus Tuan Institute he has instructed over 70 students. Several students have been professional consultants for years and are now training students themselves.
